Individual Treament Bookings:
Treatment are available to all Guests over the age of 18
Treatments will take place in one of our bespoke single or double treatment rooms unless a hair or nail treatment is selected. Treatments are performed by both male and female therapists. All treatments are subject to availability.
Voucher Payment:
If you paying for your experience using an Alexander Hotels Gift Voucher then you must bring your voucher on the day, failure to do so will result in your spa day being charged in full on arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Once booked Treatments are non-refundable. However we are able to change the date of your booking up to 7 days prior to the date of your Spa Day. If a cancellation is made within 7 days, the booking
is unable to be transferred to another date. We strongly advise all guests to consider travel insurance to cover the unfortunate need to cancel. Alternatively, a more flexible amendment policy is available to allow for any unforeseen circumstances by opting for our "flexi cover". This covers allows you to alter the date of your booking once up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Please note Spa day through third parties dates cannot be changed once booked.
